AML/KYC Policy of the Swex Wallet Platform

Revised as of 02.05.2025

This KYC/AML Policy outlines the anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer procedures followed by Swex Wallet (“Swex”, “we”, “our”) in order to prevent the use of our platform for illicit financial activities.

1. Policy Overview:
Swex is a non-custodial wallet and technical interface. We do not hold user funds or
perform fiat transactions. However, we integrate with third-party licensed providers for services such as identity verification, swap, and card issuance.
2. KYC (Know Your Customer):
– Identity verification may be required when accessing certain services (e.g., card issuance).
– Verification is conducted through licensed third-party providers (e.g., Interlace, Sumsub).
– Users who refuse to complete KYC may be restricted from accessing certain features.
3. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Measures:
– We apply transaction monitoring rules via third-party AML tools and/or rely on the checks conducted by our integrated providers.
– If a transaction is flagged as suspicious or associated with high-risk categories (e.g.,
Darknet, Scam, Sanctions), Swex may block access or restrict functionality.
– We do not allow any activity linked to terrorism financing, trafficking, or fraud.
4. Risk-Based Approach:
– Enhanced checks may apply based on risk scores.
– High-risk users or regions may be denied access or subjected to stricter verification.
5. Jurisdictional Restrictions:
We do not support users or services associated with:
– Countries under OFAC or EU sanctions
– Entities blacklisted by global financial regulators
6. Record Keeping:
Swex does not store personal user documents. All KYC data is processed and retained by our verification partners in accordance with their licensing requirements.
7. Cooperation with Authorities:
We reserve the right to cooperate with competent authorities when legally required to do so.
