User Agreement of the Swex Wallet Platform

Revised as of 29.05.2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement") governs the use of the Swex Wallet application (“Swex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and related services by the end user (“you”, “your”, or “User”).

1. Nature of the Service:
Swex is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or funds on behalf of users. All assets are fully controlled by the user. Swex enables users to swap supported cryptocurrencies via third-party APIs (e.g., 1inch) and to connect with card issuance and payment services provided by licensed third-party providers (e.g., Interlace).
2. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the Service.
3. No Financial or Custodial Services:
Swex does not provide financial, exchange, custodial, or banking services. We act solely as a technical interface.
4. Third-Party Services:
Card issuance and fiat-related services are operated by licensed partners. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features.
5. User Responsibility:
– You are responsible for securely storing your private keys and recovery phrases.
– Swex is not liable for loss of access due to user error or negligence.
– You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. KYC/AML Compliance:
Where required, users may be subject to identity verification through third-party providers (e.g., Sumsub, Interlace). Refusal to complete KYC may result in denial of service features.
7. Limitations of Liability:
Swex is not responsible for technical errors, third-party service disruptions, or losses
arising from using the wallet. Use the service at your own risk.
8. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Updated terms will be posted on our
website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
